Cancellation Policy
Rejuvenate Tampa Bay Spa - Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
At Rejuvenate Tampa Bay Spa, we strive to provide the best possible service to all our clients. To do this effectively, we have established the following Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:
1-Cancellation Notice:
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they wish to cancel or reschedule their appointment. This advance notice allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
2-Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of $25. This applies to all appointments regardless of the reason for cancellation.
3-Rescheduling Requests:
If a client needs to reschedule, they are required to do so with at least 24 hours' notice. Any rescheduling request made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a $25 fee, similar to a late cancellation. Clients should be aware that rescheduling does not exempt them from any fees outlined in this policy.
5- No-Show Policy:
Failing to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service cost.
6-Refund Policy:
All services are non-refundable, and deposits or fees related to cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable as well.
7-Appointment Confirmation:
While Rejuvenate Tampa Bay Spa will confirm appointments ahead of time to help minimize cancellations and no-shows, it is ultimately the client's responsibility to attend their scheduled appointments.
